FOTOLOG REACHES 7 MILLION MEMBER MILESTONE, ALEXA TOP 20

New York, NY, March 28, 2007 – Fotolog, Inc. today announced that the world’s largest photo-blogging community and third most-trafficked social media network had surpassed 7 million members, just two months after passing the six-million member mark.

The Company noted Fotolog’s explosive growth in Europe (currently accounting for nearly 20% of page views), with Italy and Spain among the fastest-growing countries. Fotolog’s growing prominence in the emerging category of social media networking is indicated by its entry into the top 20 in the Alexa Global 500 of most-trafficked websites. The Fotolog site broke into the Alexa Top 30 in October 2006.

John Borthwick, Chief Executive Officer of Fotolog, Inc., said, "Fotolog’s momentum is building as our member base expands and becomes even more engaged, creating social capital that adds to the value of our global network and our ability to monetize it.

Added Borthwick, "We’re adding new members daily from 70 countries, and growth is accelerating in Europe -- Spain is exploding at 16-18% rates month on month. Our unique ability among social networking sites to grow across geographies gives us a head start as the US Internet business matures and leading players go international in pursuit of audiences.

The site has also recently hit the milestones of 200 million member photos posted and 500,000 daily photos posted, underscoring the high level of user engagement. Posts on the site draw an average of more than 10 comments each and are seen by 1,000 people or more, creating a high level of “social capital” which drives further member involvement and growth.
